Terms of use

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms apply when you create an account with Jet-Radius and use its software. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Jet-Radius is software for businesses that sell WiFi access. It keeps vouchers, users, plans and sales, checks customers' logins through your routers, and shows you usage. You connect your own routers and your own payment account.

Your account

Plans and payment

The free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are paid in advance for the period you choose. When a paid plan ends, your account moves back to the free limits and your data is kept. If you are above those limits, customers who are already set up keep working, and you cannot add more until you are within the limits or you renew.

Payments from your customers go to the payment account you connect. Jet-Radius does not hold your customers' money.

Your data

Your vouchers, users, sales and settings belong to you. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, and we will do so.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and we back up the database every night, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. Keep a record of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Ending your account

You can stop using Jet-Radius at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
