Which routers work?
MikroTik works best, with guided setup and a login page that runs on the router. Ruijie, Ubiquiti UniFi, TP-Link Omada, OpenWrt, pfSense and Cisco can use Jet-Radius for logins and usage through RADIUS, with the hosted login page.
How do customers pay?
On your login page they choose a package, enter their phone number and pay with mobile money or card. Payments go through Geolytech Pay, or your own Paystack account if you prefer. The money goes to you, not through us.
Do I need a public IP address for my router?
No. Routers can connect to Jet-Radius through a secure VPN, so they work behind any internet connection. You can also connect a router directly if it has a public address.
What happens when I reach the free plan limits?
Existing customers keep working. New accounts and online sales pause until you move to a paid plan, or until the next cycle on the free plan.
Can I use my own domain for the login page?
Yes. Point your domain to us, and Jet-Radius gets the certificate and sets it up for you, including on your router.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. The database is backed up every night and the last 14 backups are kept.
